They are overpriced. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use them. The owner has been doing this for twenty five years. The cheap labor, across the border and all that. They do a decent job, and doesn't pay them that much. He over charges. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone. He is a decent salesman. Once he gets the order, he doesn't do much supervision or communicate with the workers, or the clients. There was an written agreement, and I should have been a little firmer.

Seemed knowledgeable about plants and trees
Consulted with me several times - went to the nursery with me twice to discuss and select plants
Took longer than I expected, but fairly consistent with how he said the work would progress and I was not in a particular hurry
