He wasn't recording the interest. I called counties around me and none of the mortgages have been recorded. He took all my money and just paid me the interest. I haven't been able to get a hold of him because of disconnected numbers, but if anyone has any other information or has had or knows of any experiences related to him please contact the FBI in Campbell, CA.
Description of Work: I was buying interest only mortgages from him.
