Dave Roberts is an excellent guy and does excellent work. He makes decisions on everything from trees and landscaping and everything involved in your remodeling job. He is a seasoned professional who surrounds himself with proven local professionals in each trade and he has an exceptional working rapport with all subcontractors used.
I want to be critical about the guy to provide useful feedback, but we were extremely happy with him and his rates were commensurate with the work that was done. He is not an overbidder. He is fair not only to you but to the people he uses as well. He?s just a super guy and a great business partner. When you work with him, you can rest assured that you will benefit from his experience in all the decisions you make about your remodel, and you will benefit from their excellent craftsmanship as well.
