During the 12 years we used them, this firm did business under a long series of names (Network, Rainbow, @Georgia, Pertria). Service was generally very good, with fast response, friendly communications, and reasonable rates ($200/month). Over the last 18 months, though, responsiveness dropped off sharply. Tenant complaints about defects were not acted upon and were not passed on to us. While Pertria claimed they were sent, they never followed up to make sure when they had heard nothing for months. A final promise to get bids on new gutters was never fulfilled. We ended up terminating the contract because Pertria refused to take responsibility for their part in not resolving tenant complaints.
