LOS GATOS GLASS

Excellent!! I visited the showroom several times to look at all the glass styles and hardware. Allison was exceptionally knowledgeable gave great advise and direction to help us make our doors the best they could be. We also had mirrors to incorporate into our new bathrooms. Some were framed for a more elegant look and others just a beautiful beveled edge. Doug came out to do the measuring and gave us great information on how to arrange panels/doors height etc.. Every appointment in their showroom or on site was always on time. The timeline from signing the contract to install was 2 weeks or so as we hit them at a very busy time. The wait was so worth it. Their installers were also great at their jobs and did an impeccable job very neat and clean. I did have one issue and Los Gatos Glass rose to the occasion. I had a mirror I framed out and they work with a local framer. He didn't have the mirror ready at the time of install of doors. They jumped on it and within 2 days they came out again just to install the mirror. I was very impressed considering they could have easily put it off with their busy schedule. We also got quotes from 3 other very well known glass companies in the area and they came in 2nd to the lowest bid. Don't hesitate, call them and you will love your new shower doors!

The gentleman came out very personable, very nice. The owner was a little bit difficult to deal with, but overall they did a really good, decent job. Still waiting to see them and come back, and follow up on a few wishes. The price was reasonable. It was cheap but I was looking for quality. The glass is excellent. They used to have a phenomenal reputation, but I don't know what's going on.

The salesperson was slow to respond and eventually left the company. The bid was low and it took a long time for the work to be completed. The end result for the money paid was satisfactory, but I would not use this contractor again.

Their prices are comparable to other companies. The job they did on the frameless shower enclosure was great. I'm not as happy with the installation of the mirror. It has an arched top and after coming out to do a template for it, I would have expected the glass to fit the wood frame a lot better. It has a small gap all the way around it.

SALESMAN WAS HELPFUL, KNOWLEDGEABLE, COURTEOUS, RESPONSIVE AND PROMPT ON ALL REQUESTS. INSTALLERS WERE FAST AND DID A GOOD JOB. WE HAVE BEEN VERY HAPPY WITH THE PRODUCT.
