Very well. I've used his services over 20 years. Cleans up after job, knows a lot about trees. Plan to stay with this team, my trees look great.

Oak tree directly behind residence that I requested removal of to establish a safe fire perimeter from my home and also requested numerous evergreen trees and a few select oak trees pruned that were in an un-managed community property below me. The estimator, John, was on time with the appointment to obtain estimates for the oak tree removal and for the evergreen and oak tree pruning. Estimates were reasonably priced for work being requested. John confirmed the schedule within 24 hours of signing the estimates and a crew of six workers, led by Jessie who is also a Koala estimator and was crew chief on this day, arrived right on time to perform the work. All were professional, interacted well with me as the customer and cleaned up well afterwards. Trees pruned were hauled away from the un-managed property to SC Fire Code, while the two trunks of the oak tree removed were hauled away at my request. Would highly recommend their services. They are knowledgeable, professional, courteous and reasonably priced.

Very well. Koala did a nice job of pruning some large branches off our neighbor's roof and deck while still leaving the tree looking nice. These guys know what they are doing. This is the second time I've used them to prune my 50 foot Live Oaks.

This the second time I've used their services.  Both David and Craig have been responsive to my calls and concerns. Overall, they did a good job in taking down the trees and grinding the stump when requested.  The job sites could be cleaner (things that were moved around should be moved back close to where they were) after completion but I would use them again if needed.

Nice job.  They climbed carefully to top of 60 foot Live Oaks and thinned them.  Parts of the trees were over our roof.   They took care to minimize debris that fell onto the house.  The team was very knowledgeable about pruning technique.   They cleaned up quite nicely and left us with beautiful trees but quite a few less limbs hanging over the gutters.  Very happy.

Workers were punctual and very professional. Work product was excellent as was the cleanup.

I needed to remove several trees from my property because of the potential damages they would cause in a severe rain or wind storm. I met with several tree services. The estimates ranged from being so over priced and trying to sell me new trees to a business that was so cheap, I wondered how they could afford their prices.
When Craig showed up. He and I walked through my property, he looked at every tree and also used binoculars to to view the tops of the trees ( that is how tall they were!) and assessed if in fact the trees were dying or were dead. He asked me what I wanted done and why and he listened. I was very clear that I did not want any damage to my house or my neighbors' homes in the removal process. Craig took pictures, marked the trees he felt that were priority in removing first.
I demanded that tree crew be "clean and sober". Craig assured me that he and his crew were clean and sober and prided themselves in being very skilled at tree removal and clean up. Craig's bid was in the middle of all the other bids. The reason I chose Koala Tree Care was because a good friend of mine had Craig's service completed for her. I went up to her proerty and looked at the work and I knew I wanted Craig's crew to do the job.
Craig's crew arrived on time and he coordinated all the work and supervised his crew carefully. The trees removed were very large and extremely tall. It was done safely and no damage was incurred. I live on a mountain side and this job was a challenge. Koala Tree Care did an excellent job.
I have had Craig back since and he was able to help me in a timely manner. I was thrilled with his work. I would highly suggest anyone to call Koala Tree Service for an estimate and meet Craig Erickson. He is an honest businessman and his crew works very hard and all are careful and kind to the customer and neighbors as well.
