The furnace was notably cleaner after they were finished. They checked out the system, and gave it a thumbs up for another winter. One man worked on the furnace, while the other looked at the ducts and the intake duct. I could tell they were ready for a much worse situation. I mean my furnace is pretty well maintained, though it is getting old, so their price is likely set for a worse situation. A/C inspection and maintenance is included in the package - but I only have the central heating, not A/C. The man that stayed inside mentioned various options for the future, when it comes time to replacing the 35 year old heater. He also expressed willingness to vacuum the heating ducts. I explained that a year or two ago I had this vacuuming service from someone else. After looking inside some ducts we decided it wasn't necessary this time - they were pretty clean.
