Andy and Sandra are a great team. They are highly responsive and helpful. Andy worked hard to find the dead rat under the insulation in our attic, and we are so grateful! He also determined possible points of entry, closed them up, and set traps. He had good advice for what we could do for our building (6 townhomes in one building). Andy and Sandra make a difficult situation as painless as possible. We hired them two years ago, and again this week. Will definitely hire again if needed.

They set traps and came back day after day after day until the mom was caught! It ended up that we trapped an opossum, four baby skunks and the mother. To be honest, we should charge our neighbors as I think we caught some that were hanging out in their yards, too! As a first time client we had a $25 discount and the trapping of the opossum was waived. While it isn't cheap, it was the best deal I found and when the others were even close to their price the customer service was flat out better and is the reason why we chose CC. Cost: $150 set up, $100 per animal caught. They also provided us with a plan to eliminate our shed as a burrowing option...fingers crossed!

Overall they were very professional, responsive and although not dirt cheap I think the price is worth the quality of work that they provide. It definitely feels like they know what they're doing and they did their jobs well. I would use them again.

On the day we were to move our household from San Jose, CA to Southern Maryland, the cat hid itself out of reach behind the wall behind the kitchen cabinets and would not come out. The folks from Creature Catchers responded within an hour and set two traps in the house. They checked back daily and caught the cat two days later. They took the cat to the Humane Society then called to let us know the problem had been resolved. This allowed us to proceed with the move on time. Creature Catchers were professional and calm throughout our work with them. We appreciated their services at a difficult time. We highly recommend them and would use them again no question.

They did a good job. It took a while to catch them but they got all 3 of them out of here. It was $100 a fox and $100 for set up , I thought the price was a little high. It's a very busy company.

They do the chemicals. They inject it into the ground. The first time I used them, they got rid of skunks under my deck. The guy did get rid of them for me. I spent about $650 on the job. He charged $125 per animal. Unfortunately, I had a mother and the babies living under the deck. I had to pay $125 for each baby. I think he also caught gophers. Within the last two years, he came out because I had him check for raccoons. At that time, he caught a mole. I will use his services in the future.

Andy worked very hard and was absolutely persistent at finding the rat. It turned out to be in a very difficult area to find (around shower pipes, electrical and wall studs. I was ready to give up but Andy wouldn't and eventually found and removed the rat. What a relief for our family.

They were outstanding as a company. Andy. the guy who owns it, really knows his business. I've had people try to catch gophers, but he was by far the best. He even comes back to check and make sure his work was complete. He came back a total of 4-5 times.
