"This member is well aware that the owner of Clean Sweep Pool and Spa was forced to discontinue service work in the Santa Clara Valley due to health issues which needed addressing, and he even offered advise to the owner about these issues. The filter cartridges he mentions were old and worn out, as he knows, when they were replaced w/ new last summer when he first hired us after his previous service tech quit due to some sort of altercation with the three large dogs at the property. The phone numbers and email remain active and available to the member any time he wants to contact us. Rather than leaving the member and other customers w/ no service, we took advantage of our membership in a pool association to find an associated, certified and insured service tech who could take over the accounts to avoid service interruption, something he was appreciative of at the time. As this all took place in January, it is interesting that this report is only now being posted. At this time we have instructed Angie's List to remove any references to Clean-Sweep, and will repost a site when the company resumes service work, if at all."

As above, Robert has regularly maintained our pool for years. He knows what he is doing and does it very well. His bills are easy to understand and he gives customers who pay promptly a $5 discount, and those who pay very promptly a second $5 discount per month. Robert is very reluctant to pass along increased costs for pool chemicals to his customers - he keeps his customers posted as to his costs for chemicals and increases his basic fees to his customers only under extreme circumstances.
