They do not do good job. It wasn't our choice of Title Company. We sold our house recently and bought another one. They said that they were sending a courier for a cash check and didn't. My husband had to drive for about twenty miles for the check. They said they would send a courier for the check and my husband tried to get a hold of them because they said they would send a courier. They did not answer messages for about six hours. We had to drive there because it was a long time. They were told for about three times that our real estate agent was going to cover the home warranty but they didn't get the paper work right on that. There were a lot of services involved in that so I'm not able to tell the price.
