He designed a plan that fit with everything that we wanted. Mr. Rowe managed to create a well-though-out design so that the existing roofline fit with the new addition. Because of his attention to detail our home doesn't look like it been remodeled. His design also used existing load bearing walls which decreased our engineering cost.

Mr. Rowe pays a lot of attention to detail. He helped me pick out my windows which increased privacy, increased natural light, and decreased traffic noise. He returned our phone calls promptly and also called us numerous times to ask questions regarding our preferences.We have received lot of compliments from the contractors and work crew on the design of the room. WE DEALT WITH TONY ROWE FOR OUR PROJECT. WE FOUND HIM TO BE VERY DIFFICULT TO DEAL WITH, IMPOSSIBLE TO MEET WITH, AND VERY SLOW TO RESPOND TO OUR REQUESTS. HIS COMMUNICATION SKILLS LEFT MUCH TO BE DESIRED AND WE FOUND SEVERAL ERRORS WITH HIS WORK. HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE OVERALL WAS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE PROJECT HE DID NOT OFFER TO SIT DOWN AND GO OVER THE PLANS ONCE WITH US. WHEN I WOULD MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO GO TO HIS OFFICE HE WOULD MYSTERIOUSLY DISAPPEAR, ASKING ME TO LEAVE ANY INFORMATION FOR HIM ON HIS DESK. HE WAS HARD TO GET HOLD OF AND RARELY RETURNED PHONE CALLS. HE EVEN CAME OUT TO OUR RESIDENCE TO TAKE MEASUREMENTS WHILE I WAS HOME, AND DID NOT SO MUCH AS HAVE THE COURTESY TO KNOCK ON THE DOOR AND INTRODUCE HIMSELF. WHEN WE MADE COMPLAINTS HE BECAME VERY IRATE AND EVEN HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME. IT WAS LIKE DEALING WITH A 14 YEAR OLD. WE WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM OR USE THEM AGAIN.
