earthquake retrofitting
+ -1 moreAll workers were friendly, professional and concerned about cleaning any mess created at end of each day they worked. There were frequent rain delays, and the project took longer than we expected, but contractor kept in constant contact about days he would be here and there were only a few days when he could not complete the work planned for that day. Overall, quality of work is excellent, and contractor was very cooperative in getting what we wanted in the new space. He is now doing another small project in our home.
Description of Work: Add 100 sq. feet to existing home; included foundation, framing, roof, HVAC, bow window installation, electrical, sprinklers, and exterior tie downs that needed to be installed in four locations. This required cutting into existing plastered exterior and drilling into existing foundation for seismic reinforcement required by County and Architect. Owner paid directly for windows and some sub contractors.
