They have a beautiful 2 acre hillside property in Los Gatos that needed a helping hand to help reach it's potential. She was more than receptive to all my suggestions and got the results we promised. "We've been working for them for a couple of years. We initially revamped the backyard landscape and installed new lawn and valves, along with drip lines for plants. They are putting the house on the market, so we installed some new plants in front with drip lines and installed mulch in front & back. Very nice people to work with"

"The customer had a leaking pipe in his irrigation supply line by the main water line going into the house. The existing house shut off valve was old and in bad shape, so I connected customer with a reputable plumber to replace & upgrade the main shut off valve (copper pipe), and install a new shut off valve for the irrigation supply line. After that, I was able to reconnect the irrigation supply line and get the system operational again."

"She needed an area for her new puppy designated for a potty area. I removed some bark and soil in a small 8' x 10' area, and put down weed block fabric, installed some drain rock, then pea gravel over the top. The puppy went right to the area after I finished, and used it for the purpose intended."

"She had a pressure problem in the backyard valves. After troubleshooting, I found that there was a pressure regulator that was installed improperly, causing her to lose pressure. I remove the unneeded pressure regulator and rerouted the line and installed a new shut off valve. Problem solved!!!"
