WE'VE USED THIS FIRM FOR MANY YEARS AND HAVE ONLY THE HIGHEST PRAISE FOR THEIR QUALITY AND SERVICE. THE RUG IS HIGH QUALITY AND RECEIVES HEAVY TRAFFIC AS IT IS IN THE LOBBY OF A CPA FIRM. EVERY YEAR AFTER TAX SEASON, THEY PICK IT UP AND USE THEIR "DIPPING" PROCESS TO CLEAN AND REJUVENATE THE RUG WITHOUT HARSH CHEMICALS. IT REALLY LOOKS BRAND NEW; THE COLORS ARE RICH AND VIBRANT. THIS YEAR THEY ALSO REPLACED THE PAD UNDERNEATH. THE OWNER, SIAMAK, IS ALWAYS EXTREMELY PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH.
