Excellent customer service and excellent rate. I had called around and looked on the internet for the best rates. He was able find me a competitive rate with no points and no prepayment penalty. He had numerous loan options for me to choose from, which was SUPER confusing. He walked me through each one and in the end I chose the best loan package for me. He answered his phone or called me right back. His staff was helpful as well. I was very impressed.
