Zakhar was incredibly professional! My toilet was running intermittently, he asked for a picture of the toilet tank so he could identify the parts ahead of time. He notified me when he was on his way, and arrived even a few minutes before the beginning of the two hour window he gave me. Had it fully repaired in less than 10 minutes, had me flush and wait for it to fill to confirm it was working properly before paying him for the service. 10/10, would hire again!

Zak arrived with his assistants Douglas and another young person, and they were superb. They installed my kitchen faucet as well.as several other accessories for the sink, and did an excellent job. They even made some repairs on things that were broken under the sink that I hadn't noticed. They were very pleasant and nicely dressed and worked for over four solid hours. They tidied up beautifully afterward, and I am so pleased with my new kitchen sink! I recommend them highly.

I submitted my request to HomeAdvisor. Zakhar responded within 5 minutes. He sent a repairman the same day within 4 hours. The repairman installed a new hot water dispenser and repaired a loose kitchen faucet. Zakhar arrived to inspect and aid the repairman. He was very professional with his follow thru. Great job and impressed that they didn't have to go under the house to redirect the gas pipe they put it threw the wall. Only thing is I have two holes in my wall which I now have to hire and pay someone else to repair the holes which is disappointing

They were available quickly, have fair pricing, and the whole experience is highly recommended. He also installed a new toilet for us, as well as threw in a fix to one of the old toilets. He's a champ - we're looking forward to working with him again!
