They're fair and fast. They're also trustworthy. The quality of the work is excellent. They're very prompt. I called them on the weekend about the job, and he came immediately on Monday for it, because it was not an emergency. He came when he said he would.

Yousen Plumbing and Heating were great.  The dispatcher said they'd have somebody in by 3pm or else they would advise that the visit would need to be pushed. They had a guy in within an hour. He repaired the faucet and explained why the other one wasn't working. Quick and efficient, we will definitely use them again. Thanks to Yousen for coming at a moment's notice.

The pipe was repaired to the best of my knowledge.  Ironically it was from some work he had done before with a recirculating hot water heater and he was suppose to have disconnected it, he said that it was still running and someone else must have reconnected it. He always accuses others of doing shoddy work. This time it was him and he denies it and he just tries to talk circles around you when you confront him.
I am living out of town and tenants are in the house. This was the third repair Kevin had done in approximately a week with bills ranging from 329.88 to 3350.04. As I was out of town I was pretty trapped into using him because the tenants and property manager had called him to do the repair and two of the three needed to be dealt with immediately. He charges $156/hr for two guys. It doesn't matter whether you need two guys or not he charges you for them anyway.
The reason he was not on my list for repairs was because the last time I called him he charged me over $200 to snake the main line. He charged me $156 for two guys and $50 to "rent" the equipment. Also, I was having a problem with drain flies about 2 years ago and the exterminator told me to call a plumber and it took Yousen multiple visit to find the hole in the sewer line. He charged me for every visit. He also accidentally cut my water line to the sprinklers in the backyard one time and then tried to charge me $1500 to repair it.
I will NEVER use him again and I have let it be known to my property manager that he should NEVER be called again!!

We have been using Kevin for over 10 years.  When we lived overseas and rented our house, we gave our tenants Kevin's number.  He later gave them his home number, making himself personally available for emergencies.
Yousen Plumbing is an honest, dependable and responsive company.  I recommend them highly.

They are very reliable. They are very good at what they do. I like them because they do good work. When they say they are going to be there they are there. They also clean up after themselves.
