Mark and his team are amazing. We had two separate plumbers quote us over $3000 to replace our entire length of drain pipe to correct a slope issue. Mark told us he could replace a portion of the pipe and achieve the slope improvement without such a drastic solution. He was honest with us even though it resulted in a much smaller job.
The work was handled quickly and professionally. Mark is a great guy and we'd recommend him to anyone!

Wolchuk was brought in and highly recommended by our contractor and by another friend. During the process of construction we had many misgivings because some of his employees seemed not to know how to install or where best to install many of our new fixtures. Some of the pipes were run in places where they had to be removed and re-run because they weren't paying attention to the plans and were running them where support structures had to be built. After a two year process we have numerous leaks, badly installed fixtures, none of our steam units work and we are very worried about leaks and the placement of our tankless water-heaters. Many of our faucets were installed with the hot/cold buttons on the wrong side or upside down. Many of our high end fixtures don't work because of the way they were handled. In their defense, the contractor stole some of the money owed them, but instead of telling us, they just stopped showing up and made a lot of excuses, leaving us in the lurch.

Mark and his assistant are really punctual. His only problem is getting past his receptionist, though it is worth the hassle.
