Teresa was super responsive, responsible, obviously very experienced with shy cats, sent us updates when requested. We were relieved to see pictures she took of the cat that showed that the our kitty was starting to be more comfortable with her. We paid $22/day plus some extra on holidays for her to come up once a day, feed the cat and bring the mail in. Extremely reasonable. Will definitely use her services again.

Teresa set an appointment for 7:30 that evening to meet the dog and disicuss hours needed, price, etc. At approximately 6:30 PM she called to cancel the appointment, apologizing for not having ascerained the appropriate information from my son and I when we first initiated contact. She then said she was tied up on another job and couldn't do mine When I asked if someone ese in her firm might be available, she flatly said no, apologized again and hung up, thus leaving me in the proverbial lurch, as it was too late in the day to call a competin company. .

Theresa was responsive, careful, and proved that she could carry out our requested services completely and accurately. She is a good listener and pays attention. Email/ text responses were astonishingly rapid. The cats did very well with Theresa and seemed more than nonchalant when we returned home. I can't imagine how she could have performed the contracted services better. We are happy campers with Westside Whiskers.

She is excellent, in every way.  She cleans up after them, picks up my mail, etc.  I trust her completely.

She is fabulous. I have been using her for over a year. She is honest. She is always on time and reasonable. She comes at least once a week and when I am out of town she comes everyday.

Theresa is great! My animals lover her and she is great with them. She is also a fellow animal rescuer/foster so we have a lot in common.
I can trust her to properly care for my animals when I have to be away from home. She texts me to let me know that everyone is doing well so I do not have to worry.
Highly recommend.

Theresa was wonderful! I have a feral cat (as does Theresa). She knew what to look for to make sure she was relaxed and healthy without getting up close and personal (my cat won't let anyone near her but me and a former boyfriend who basically lived at my house).
I would definitely use her services again and highly recommend her!

Theresa wonderful! She is PURRRfect with my kitty, Roxie! I never worried once while we were away! She texted me pics and notes everyday for updates and I really appreciated it! In fact, when we got back, usually when we leave our kitty alone for a couple of days---she cries and meows constantly when we see her. But, this time she wasn't so lonely and she didn't meow so much! lol She is reliable, a real cat lover and Roxie loved her. Plus she her prices are very reasonable! I will DEFINITELY be calling her again. :D

Theresa was able to step right in and provided daily (actually twice daily) reports that greatly reduced my anxiety about being away. She also had to deal with a couple of unexpected ant invasions. When I returned home, my cats seemed well cared for and everything was clean and neat. I so appreciated Theresa keeping me informed of what was going on and recommend her without hesitation. I will definitely use her again!

Hazel was without a dogwalker/sitter for over a year and Theresa filled the role competently and efficiently. She confidently stepped into training a pit bull who needs a strong walker who will also steer her out of possible confrontations with other dogs, dogs off leash, etc. . She was always on time, always provided a detailed message after the walks and was the calm pack leader Hazel needs as a walker/sitter. A big concern was that Hazel would have separation anxiety-none surfaced. Theresa's calm confidence was responsible or this first time out without a hitch. Strong dogs are a challenge to walk and Theresa took all suggestions she was given and paid attention to how to avoid conflict in a neighborhood where people are sometimes irresponsible and walk their dogs off-leash. Theresa's reports during the 5-day period and Hazel's demeanor upon return is confidence-inspiring. Being able to leave a beloved family companion in the care of a professional is critical and really good people who take the role seriously are not easy to find. Theresa's rates are commensurate with the service she provides. She recently started her business serving the Westside and I cannot recommend her more highly.

Theresa is fantastic! My dog loves her.... Prices are reasonable and the care is wonderful. I feel completely secure leaving my "baby girl" in her care when I can't be at home. She truly treats her as if she were her own dog.
