First Billl came to check out the job. He insisted that two workmen come out together to do the job. Four or five days later, Angel and Ruben came out. Ruben did a fine job of fixing the tile, touching up the hallway door frame, and fixing the screen door without a problem. When it was needed for one of them to go to the hardware store to buy hinges and a few other items, Angel wanted them both to go together. Ruben and was doing the touch up paint and I said I preferred that he continue while Angel went to the store. I was paying $60 an hour for these guys, and still don't understand why the two of them would need to go to buy hinges and hanging hardware for the mirror! . Angel,'s work, unlike Ruben's was consistently terrible. Angel hung a mirror on the bathroom door and managed to hang it off center and crooked! He reattached a cabinet door with improper hinges, such that it was not flush to the edge of the cabinet, and it overlapped the door it met up with. When I told him this was unacceptable and to take it down, he got into a huff. He was then supposed to hang a new shower rod, but when I asked him to do so, he said "I don't feel like it." I later contacted Bill, and sent him photos of the work here. Bill ignored me for two days, until I wrote an email telling him that I would be reviewing my experience with him online. He then called me, and in the discussion of having the pair come back out to fix the mirror, he told me that my concerns were "childish" and that he didn't care what happened here. I told him that if he didn't care to forget about it. Can anyone explain to me why it would take the two of them to come back out and fix the mirror? Not only is this company's work poor, they are rude and condescending people. I warn anyone not to use this companny.
