Duane was knowledgeable and gave a very reasonable estimate. The office got the repairs scheduled as quickly as possible so we were able to accommodate our holiday visitors. And they were able to replace the hardware with a more contemporary look that matched our more recently installed fixtures. The workers were efficient, respectful of the premises, and cleaned up after. One adjustment was required to one of the doors a few weeks later, which they provided promptly and without charge.

The reason I have given this company a C rating in two areas is because its low level staff is either untrained or doesn't care about giving customers appropriate information.  I had to call them three times before I finally found out why something that seemed simple was dragging on for over a month.  When I finally asked to speak to the office manager, he -- Duane  -- was completely professional.  He explained that there was difficulty getting the exact wheels necessary for my doors.  He managed to get the right wheels quickly and to schedule an appointment for me within a week.

I would use this company again, but only if I could deal with Duane.

We found Westchester Glass to be very responsive during the bid process and the most competitively priced. They answered all our questions regarding installation, hardware etc. We placed the order on Monday, they installed the metal channeling on Wednesday and installed the glass on Friday. The quality of the installation was good and we have had no problem with leaks etc. We will use them again.

Westchester Glass was very prompt when they came to give me an estimate. They took measurements and discussed options for hardware, door opening, etc. I was informed someone would call me with an estimate. When almost a  week had passed and no one called.....I called them. I made several calls before I was able to talk to someone. There was a recording giving extension numbers but no answers at the extensions. I finally was able to talk to the sales manager who apologized and shared the paper work was on his desk but he had been very busy. He promised to call me back in a few hours and he did as promised. The estimated amount was within the same ballpark as others and I decided to use Westchester Glass because they were in my neighborhood and gave me an installation date that fit my schedule. The installers were on time, professional, removed the old shower door and checked that I was pleased with each step of the installation process. The frameless shower door looks great and makes the bathroom look larger. I am very pleased with the work Westchester Glass performed.

First they gave me a rough bid over the phone and then set a date to come out for a free estimate.    They said they'd be here between 12 and 2 and arrived at 12 sharp!   The estimate was about $75  higher than the phone quote,  which dismayed me but I decided to go with them anyway since they'd been very professional up to this point.   For installation, again, they arrived right on time.   Because it took them less time to install the window than they'd planned on, my final bill was about $60 lower than the estimate, so I was very happy about that.   EVERYONE I dealt with over the phone and in person was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable.   What a relief!

Excellent! Came for estimate. Arrived timely. Workers arrived one week later as scheduled. Timely, quick and cleaned after finished. Provided maintenance tips. Very good experience. Would hire again.

They showed up on time and repaired the broken window in my garage door, though the workmanship was less than perfect, the job was done in an acceptable fashion and they were less expensive than others I called. I was unable to be there when the repair was being done and they (slightly) damaged the border/frame of the window.

Called them and placed order. Reasonably priced. They did not call me when order was ready though. Had to keep checking in with them, which is a bit of an inconvenient. Also, I had to drive to pick it up because their shipping quote was almost as expensive as the table top itself. Overall though I was pretty satisfied.

A pleasure to work with! Came to measure the work when and as promised, promptly fabricated the tempered glass and installed it promptly. Their phone representatives were very responsive and courteous.

Eric was a little early but called to get OK...he is a master craftsman, very focused, professional, neat...cleaned up debris...I rec'd a discount, (I think) when I mentioned Angie's List. Also commented on previous glass installer's excellent work..I had all of front windows replaced about 8 years ago. I'm not sure about going rate for this work..I thought it was a little high..but what do I know...He did a great job...took about 2 hours as he cut glass on site.

THEY GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE ON THE PHONE. THEY CAME OUT. THEY WERE ON TIME. THEY HAD SOME DIFFICULTIES GETTING THE OLD GLASS OUT, AND THEY CALLED ANOTHER WORKER. HE CAME OUT RIGHT AWAY. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEY WERE FINISHED. IT WAS JUST REPLACING GLASS, BUT I APPRECIATED THEIR PUNCTUALITY. THEY WERE CLEAN.
