Great technician.

The worst company ever!! They told us they charge 79$ for a visit but then sent us an invoice for 249$ and when we refused to pay it,they sent this to collection. I never agreed to pay 249$(only agreed to the 79$ service call amount) Be very careful with calling them out for service.

Was able to fix problem within 20 minutes . Expensive but got the heater working again . Tech was good .

No Integrity. Hired them to service a floor heater, and provide a quote for a second job at another site (so 2 different service techs). They could not get the floor heater lit, and provided a $2,400 estimate to repair (a new unit is $1,800). I went over the job site (we manage properties) and had it lit in 3 minutes. My handyman had a shopvac so spent an extra 5 minutes to clean it out. Working 100%. The second job was to relocate 2 AC Condensers on a small townhome. $6,000 estimate!? I reached out, a big supporter of small business - but other than a courtesy "we will review it" - NEVER heard back again. I conclude they make money on expensive pay to quote work, then make windfalls when an unsuspecting customer agrees to their un-needed or overpriced work. Stay away - you certainly can't do worse.

Quick reliable service

This company looked at our AC and said a part needed to be replaced on Saturday and they could come back on Tuesday, so we put what the guy said was a refundable $300 deposit to reserve the part while we waited to hear back from our home warranty. Home warranty said they wanted to inspect, so on Monday we called West Coasts office and asked to hold off on Tuesday. The gentleman on the phone said okay and held off on sending the technician, and he recommended we ask the home warranty if they could cover using our own preferred contractor and if not, we would get the deposit refunded. Home warranty declined, saying they want to use their own. We texted Michael, who had been coordinating things, and he said a refund of the deposit would be no problem and directed us to email Sean. Instead of refunding us, Sean is instead demanding we pay the full $1099 invoice for work that was never done. We have now called their office twice and both times they have hung up on us, and they are not responding by text anymore. We now have to go the route of disputing the deposit with our credit card company. Be warned that this feels very much like a scam.

They repaired a dishwasher with an intermittent leak into an unusable piece of junk.

After missing the morning appointment, they were able to come by at the end of the day. Quick diagnosis of my A/C problem (Freon refill needed) and quick service in same visit.

I am truly not sure how this business works. It almost seems like just a scheduling switchboard that uses independent contractors who come with ipads (no paper to sign) in unmarked trucks. We waited the entire day for the initial appt (supposed to come between 9-12), and I felt it was only my 3rd call threatening to cancel that got a technician. Confusing about what the cost would be as tech said I needed to call West Coast to find out as he could only suggest what part cost (replacing timer on dryer), but then they did call me back with a satisfactory quote. When part arrived, they called & scheduled repair. This time he came out within the window. After the timer was replaced he turned it to make sure it was working, but it seemed not to work on the Wrinkle Shield portion. He did not say anything about what that meant, and if that meant he had to do something else, and since I don't use that I was not overly concerned. However, once I ran a load later in the day, I found that the timer still does not move on the Accudry sensor part of the dial. Since the timed part works, and it may be that the sensor is not working, and since I do not want to deal with them again,(plus I have already spent $315) we will just use the timer part knowing it will shut off. Also, I had to call and raise a stink before they emailed me a receipt. If you want to deal with a company that is professionally run do not use this one.

I just received a part that should correct the problem. Itâ s too soon to tell but if it works and is successful then my rating will be high. So far, Iâ m happy with the company.

Good troubleshooting skills

I called them two days ago and they told me it would be $75 for them to come here. He came out and did a diagnosis to the trash compactor. He's not professional and I cannot trust them. When I was writing the check I asked him what is his name and he gave me his drivers license instead. He said all my information is on the email I sent to you I said I need your full name to put on the check, then he said I can put in the business name instead and then I said I need his name and I was really upset. I said I need to know who he is because he came to my property and instead of answering he gave me back the driver's license.

When the company first called to confirm, I was quoted $95 for the service call, which these days is a standard price. When the pro arrived and assessed the problem -- that he needed to replace a couple of hoses -- he quoted $275 for the whole job. I was stunned. It seemed steep for a couple of hoses. But he seemed to know what he was doing, and I agreed. He did a great job, fast and efficient. So I guess the lesson is, nothing's cheap these days!
