They arrived 30 minutes later than appointment time.
They explained their pricing and policies (recycle, hazardous waste removal, etc).
Did a walk through and they estimated that I probably had more than 1 truck load and I would need to make a second appointment if required.
Removed items that I had marked with blue tape (realizing 2 appointments needed I had them take the large stuff).
Worked quickly and efficiently. Asked if there was an item in question to be removed.
Cleaned up afterward.

They're very sharp about their time. They're a very easy service to use and on time. I've never had any problems with them. I give them A's across the board.

I do not have a choice but to use their services, and I don't like that. I have no comparisons to any other companies because I have never had the opportunity to use any other companies. Sometimes my trash can will be a half mile down the road.

They pick up the garbage. Their customer service tries to make things right. I have had issues that for some reason I haven't been on the list of their customers. They wouldn't pick up my regular trash. That was when I had just moved in. They told me they would have it taken care of no more than one business day. Their customers service is right on. I haven't had any issues after that though. The last day it happened they came around later that day to pick up my trash.

They are just fine. I have been satisfied with their service.

We have been using this service for about 16 years, but we don't have any other choice in who to use. They are timely. The overall experience is excellent. The price is average. They are responsive and punctual.

They are nationwide program. I use them weekly. They are punctual. They are here when they are supposed to be here and they pick up the trash on time.

Great! We called on Friday and they scheduled us for Monday. They called in the morning on Monday to say they could come earlier if that fit with our schedule. It did! They arrived a short time later. The two fellows were friendly, courteous and thorough. They assessed the pile we had accumulated and determined what would be recycled and what would go to the dump.
The job was quickly done! I can't tell you how great it was to see all that stuff disappear!
We were charged exactly what the estimate was and also given a discount for mentioning Angie's List!!
I would definitely use them again!

They were very responsive to our needs even though they were really the only location we could call on. They were prompt and provided a courteous serivce.

Very difficult to get any information from WM. Their web site directs you to a phone number, the phone number puts you in a long wait queue while telling you to try the web site. Got passed around from person to person and eventually told that they don't even service my area.

They were punctual and responsive. They were really nice and their customer service was excellent. They were very friendly people. I had asked for a small size dumpster and they had run out of stock. They called and informed me and asked if it was ok if they put in a larger one instead. I had no hassles with them.

During the snow, they missed two garbage pickups and one yard waste pickup. They said if you were missed that you could go to the dump free. Well, we did not have enough to take to the dump so I called and asked for a credit. They were very good about giving me the credit. I received the credit on April 1st as promised but the amount was incorrect. I called and they were very apologetic, explaining it was a computer error and fixed the problem. I was very impressed with the billing department and the fact that they care as a company buying newer equipment, being involved in better environmental practices.

THE DUMPSTER WAS BROUGHT TO OUR HOUSE AND WAS PICKED UP ON THE DATE ORDERED. THE SERVICE WAS WONDERFUL AND WE WERE ABLE TO THROW AWAY A LOT OF JUNK. THE STAFF AT THE COMPANY WAS COURTEOUS AND PROMPT. THE PRICE WAS WELL WORTH IT.

I WAS PLEASED WITH MY SERVICE. I WAS ABLE TO CLEAN OUT MY BACKYARD AND GARAGE INSTEAD OF MAKING DOZENS OF TRIPS TO THE DUMP. I PLAN ON STARTING MY SERVICE UP AGAIN NOW THAT SUMMER IS ON THE WAY.

WASTE MANAGEMENT DOES A GOOD JOB. THEY PICK UP THE GARBAGE, YARD AND RECYCLE WEEKLY. THEY HAVE BEEN ALWAYS ON TIME WITH PICKUPS. THEY HAVE A GREAT PROGRAM THAT ONCE A YEAR, YOU CAN PUT MOST ANY THING OUT ON THE CURB.

THIS COMPANY IS CONSISTENT IN PICKING UP TRASH ON THE ASSIGNED DAY AND AT THE SAME TIME EACH WEEK. THEY ARE STRICT ABOUT CANS NOT BEING OVERSTUFFED AND WILL CHARGE YOU AN EXTRA AMOUNT IF THE LID IS NOT COMPLETELY CLOSED. THEY PROVIDE A SCHEDULE OF PICKUP DATES ALONG WITH HOLIDAY SCHEDULE CHANGES. THEY ALSO SEND A NEWSLETTER PERIODICALLY. I DON'T KNOW HOW TO COMPARE THE PRICE TO ANYTHING BECAUSE THIS IS THE ONLY COMPANY THAT PICKS UP IN OUR AREA.

THEY ARE FRIENDLY. CLEAN WORKING. THEY NEVER LEAVE TRASH ON THE GROUND AFTER THEY DO A PICK UP. THEY WAVE TO US WHEN THEY ARE PICKING UP OUR TRASH. THEY NEVER MISS A PICK UP.

I HAVE NOT BEEN HAPPY WITH HOW SLOPPY THE COLLECTORS HAVE BEEN. WE RENT THE LARGER CAN WHICH THEY USE AN ELECTRONIC ARM TO LIFT AND DUMP INTO THE TRUCK. THEY DO NOT PUT THE CAN BACK CAREFULLY AND TRASH ALWAYS ENDS UP ON THE GROUND. IT SEEMS LIKE THE TRASH CANS THEY HAVE TO PICK UP BY HAND, THEY PUT THEM BACK WHERE THEY FOUND THEM. I HAVE FOUND MY CAN OUT 4 TO FIVE FEET FROM WHERE WE LINE IT UP. THEY ARE VERY SPECIFIC AS TO WHERE THEY WANT US TO PUT OUR CAN, BUT THEY ARE NOT AS CONCERNED AS TO WHERE THEY PUT IT BACK. IF I HAD ANOTHER CHOICE FOR SERVICE, I WOULD CONSIDER IT.

THE COMPANY DID WHAT IS SAID IT WOULD DO, ON TIME. WE WISH WE COULD CHOOSE BETWEEN COMPANIES TO GET A BETTER PRICE. THIS IS NOT POSSIBLE DUE TO MONOPOLY AGREEMENTS IN COUNTIES.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH WASTE MANAGEMENT NW HAS ALWAYS BEEN VERY GOOD. THEY ARE HARD WORKERS, EVEN THOUGH THEY ONLY WORK ON THURSDAYS (THAT WAS A JOKE!). THE THREE TRUCKS COME VERY WEEK; THEYVE DONE IT FOR 15 YEARS AND ARE SO NICE. THEY GIVE STICKERS TO KIDS AND IVE EVEN SEEN THEM BACK UP AND RETRIEVE TRASH THAT HAS FALLEN LOOSE FROM THE TRUCK.

THEY HAVE PROVIDED US WITH GREAT SERVICE. THEY ARE VERY EFFICIENT AND TAKE THEIR WORK SERIOUSLY. I CANT THANK THEM ENOUGH FOR THE GREAT JOB THAT THEY DO. IT IS DONE IN A TIMELY AND EFFICIENT MANNER.
