I hired Vivas to paint, epoxy my floors, install a new vanity and toilet in my fitness studio. Paint job is awful. There is paint on my blinds. The paint is not even or smooth. Other than one area there was no patching done to defects in the wall. He simply painted over everything. Concrete floor was supposed to be sanded and epoxied. Instead deck paint was used. Again unevenly applied. Some areas have a shiny finish where others are still matte. 10 days post completion the floor is already chipping. Base to the vanity was installed backwards (bolts and screws are visible). Faucet was installed incorrectly with hot/cold switched and the handles in the wrong direction. Ivan moved equipment in order to work on the floors. Some equipment has been damaged and there is paint on others. Took 3 days for Ivan to respond to me about the issues. When he finally did he acted as though he didnâ t know who was contacting him. Horrible experience and a waste of my money.

"I think that to all my clients who can look at the comments on my page I owe you an overview the things that happened with this client. she hired me to paint the walls and with epoxy paint only. the company did the following extra work that had no cost to the client . paint a metal door on the back. we installed a lamp in the bathroom .we installed the bathroom furniture whit the faucet we installed the drain plumbing for the bath and we installed a new toilet we had to move all the machines from one place another we paint a piece of wood black and also wanted us to paint where she has the computer. I bought some electrical extension to connect some blowers ... ALL THAT WORK WAS NOT PAID. I SPOKE TO CLIENT AND TOLD HER THAT WHEN SHE PUT EVERYTHING BACK I WAS GOINT TO GIVE HER THE TACHAUT ...the client say to answer her cell phone after tree days if it tru because she did not know who of the tree people who were giving me orders she did not know who it was ALL THE WORK DONE IS IN MY ALBUMS WHERE YOU CAN CHECK IT ON THE PAGE PLEASE THANK YOU"
