They are pretty good. Sometimes when you go in you have to wait a while, service can be slower. The cell coverage is good. It is good but not great. For instance when it stopped syncing with my car I went there first and they could not really help. There stores are really busy, they have a lot of people, get crowded and the service people get rushed. Their cell coverage's are good. I think service varies form person to person. Sometimes they are good and you get a person that really knows. I know they have a big network and it has really good coverage where I am traveling and around my area.
