USA Restoration Pros

My condo was flooded a few weeks ago, and one of my friends recommend me contact USA restoration. They promptly came out to survey the damage, and was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and honest. There crew was very thorough, polite, and professional. They really care about helping people, and did a really great job, so I highly recommend them. I'm a very detail-oriented person, and I like to know what's going to happen beforehand, along with contingencies for what might happen and what I can expect. I understand that there are uncertainties in every job, but I expect to have a good idea of the bounds of the situation. This team walked me through the process, gave me a very detailed quote, then checked in with me at regular intervals during the work, so I was always informed of what was going on. They really knows there stuff -- there explanations were succinct, clear, and spot-on. They took a lot of pictures, which they shared with me in a detailed report. This made insurance claims and HOA issues a lot easier to deal with. In contrast, The team at USA restoration have a high level of integrity, and are very They set up their equipment in an organized and safe manner (taped power cords and sharp edges, made sure that the water line from the dehumidifier wouldn't flop around or get things wet, etc.), cut out the damage neatly, and cleaned up wonderfully well afterwards. They paid a lot of attention to detail -- it was the amount of effort I'd put into fixing my own home. I've hired several other contractors since, and consulted with many more about other jobs, and I still have not seen anyone as good as the team at USA restoration
