Mark was knowledgeable and very responsive. He got the job done exactly as promised and at a lower price than many of the larger firms.

Hire contractor to handle coordination of the various activities for interior remodeling projects. Universal did a good job of removing lead and asbestos positively tested countertop/backsplash and flooring. I would recommend that same company hired for the hazard abatement job also do the demolition phase to expedite completion of remodeling project.
