Haven't done the job yet.

He commended we replace the seats on some second hand chairs and chose from his selection of fabric which I did not I found some that I purchased separately. They were all ready within a week. He did a nice quality job. He said he would have it done in a week and it was.

I had a great experience. The phone was answered on the first call, the chairs were picked up as directed the next day and then returned a week later looking great.

It was a mixed experience. I dealt with Ramon Mozqueda, the owner of the business. He called back promptly after I first contacted him. The quote was very reasonable -- less expensive than some other companies I'd gotten quotes from -- and he offered to pick up the chair & deliver it later for free because I live close to the store. Pickup was prompt. When he came to get the chair, I also got a quote from him for a larger job -- a couch that I want to have reupholstered in the near future. I said that if I liked the work on the club chair I would definitely want him to recover a couch as well. He said it would take about 2 weeks to do the chair. Three weeks later...I had not heard from him. I called him 3 times (!) over the course of another week with a question about whether or not he could scotch-guard the chair -- without hearing back from him. I was beginning to wonder if I'd ever see the chair again. It was just so strange! When I finally did reach him on the th time calling, he was apologetic & said he'd been on jury duty. He scotch-guarded the chair & delivered it to my house the next day. The work is good & the chair looks nice -- although next time I will ask for any remaining fabric to be returned to me. All in all, it was slightly disappointing because I expect a business person to contact me (not the other way around) regarding work that they've promised me, especially if there is going to be a delay and especially if I have told them that I may have more work for them in the future. However, I may give him another chance & use them again because the quotes were within my budget & the work was satisfactory.

Work went very well. They came to my house and picked up the chair seats, leaving the chair frames. They took the fabric with them. Within 1 week they came back to my home and re-applied the chairs. the work looks extremely fantastic and i am very pleased with the service. I highly recommend this company and will use them again!

The work was done is less than half the time proposed by other companies for the job. They met the deadline with no fuss. The work was excellent. Mr. Ray Mozqueda, the owner, was very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. So was his assistant, Moy. The overall experience was great and I'll certainly go back to them for any other upholstery work I need done.

IT HAS BEEN VERY GOOD. THEY ARE VERY ACCOMMODATING. THEY HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS A LONG TIME. WHEN THEY SAY THEY ARE GOING TO BE HERE, THEY DELIVER. WHEN SOMETHING IS NOT RIGHT, THEY TAKE CARE OF IT. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL.
