Tulio did an amazing job! Some of the rooms had urine stains which he ,very persistently, bleached. He also replaced damaged areas in the floor and ( a last minute request ) put parquet flooring in a closet. Tulio is very professional! I had to change the start date a few times with no problem on his end. Very accommodating ! He finished the job in the time frame in spite of the poor condition of the flooring and the extra bleaching needed. Extremely reasonable ! I would post pictures but having issues ?‍♀️ Would recommend in a heartbeat.!

We hired Tulio’s flooring to install hardwood floors in our new home in Hermosa Beach. Tulio and his crew did an outstanding job. Very professional, attention to details, clean, reasonable price. Very nice to work with, shows on time, no delays on his work, willing to work on the weekend. I would highly recommend this company! So happy we chose them!

Tulio was very professional and explained the process. We had some wood replaced/repaired. Everything was then sanded and stained a dark walnut. The process took about a week from start to finish. The floors came out amazing, the only issue was the base boards were not removed so we had to go back and repaint them.

We had large areas of blackened hardwood flooring in our dining room and laundry room from a cat that started preferring to pee around a couple of litter boxes rather than inside the boxes. I called Tulio based on Angie's List reviews and he immediately sent me photos of repair work he has done on other customers' honey oak floors. The photos showed flawless work so I hired Tulio. He visited a couple of days later to survey the area and he gave me a quote. He came out the next week to do the work. The soiling of the floors was deep into the wood and could not be sanded. Tulio and his helper removed portions of the floors and replaced them with the same oak planks, then coated them with a glossy polyurethane to match the rest of the floors. I could not be happier. The floors look great. He explained that it takes some time for the new planks to darken a bit to match the rest of the floors perfectly but they already look beautiful. The price was very reasonable.

I hired these guys to repair hardwood floors in my mother's house. They did an absolutely fantastic job! Their communications were excellent, showed up on time, and went beyond the original scope by adding baseboards to make my mom happy :-) I would not hesitate to hire these guys! Thank you!

I asked him to complete the work in a week since my son's wedding is coming up in two weeks. Nor only he completed the work two days earlier than when he promised. He proceeded with work with very careful and methodical manner so that all my furniture in the rooms had been moved as he completes the work. I recommend to anyone who needs to have the work done on time and correct with the minimum amount of the budget. He stayed with the budgeted amount that he quoted even though some unexpected works came up.

AWESOME! These two people were so kind and so good at what they did with no mess and ended up charging me way less than they originally quoted me instead of just trying to rip me off. I was super grateful and happy and had to write a review for them because they were so good. I never write reviews on anything but I have to tell everyone how great they were. Thank you Tulio! ❤️
