Craig explained how to take care of the new surfaces and also emailed me care instructions that evening. Three days after the reglazing job Craig and Hector returned to hang the other doors and they also caulked around both tubs, which they couldn't do before the surface had hardened.
Tub Boys charges $250 per tub for reglazing and $50 to come back and rehang all doors, caulk, etc., so I paid $550 total. I talked with other companies and Tub Boys charges are very reasonable. The tubs look soooo much better, although it's not quite as perfectly smooth as a new tub would be. Craig explained why this is: in the olden days the cast-iron tubs were coated in porcelain and fired in a kiln, and reglazing, which is a spray done with the tub in place, will not reproduce the original look perfectly. He also said that cleaning the tub will actually buff the surface over time so it will appear smoother. This was all very interesting because I knew absolutely nothing about this. Anyway, I do recommend Tub Boys and would use them again. I also think this is a much better solution than getting new tubs because they don't make them like they used to!
