I called Dustin at Budget Disposal, and he was very nice and by far the least expensive. In addition, he did quote me for only one week, as all the other companies did. He was flexible about the time frame. His delivery person was very pleasant, helped me pick out a good location to place the dumpster, and was patient when I was indecisive. The only reason I gave one point off for quality, is that the dumpster itself, while perfectly usable, looked like it had been through h*** and back, but it was not particularly an issue for me.

This company provided me with a very reasonable rate for renting a 40 yard (large) bin for 10 days. I had a little trouble connecting with them to confirm the date of delivery. The delivery person came exactly on time and was very professional. I told him it was important that the bin be removed on a specific date. He said to call the phone number. When it came to the date of pick up I did call and made several subsequent phone calls but the bin was picked up a few days later than specified. The person I spoke to on the phone was very professional and did answer the call personally. My only problem was the delay in pick up but the overall experience was good.

Overall, I thought the dealings with this company was fine. The only glitch was that we had called to have our second bin picked up after about the 14th day because we didn't want to pay for extra days (which would've been another $20/day). They didn't come to pick up the day they were supposed to but that really didn't matter to us as it gave us more time and breathing room to fill up the second bin rather than rushing to have all trash gathered and dumped in. So, I had to call them again and they picked up at the next scheduled day and appropriately didn't charge us extra. Oh, one thing that I did find odd was that their receipt gave a different company name of "Rent A Dumpster" and a different phone # of 818-885-8000. I had called that alternate # when I had them come pick up the first bin, but it was a strange number that ultimately hung up on me. So, I went back to the original phone # listed on their website and that was fine. I suspect that "Rent a Dumpster" may just be a local company that "Trash Bin Rental" contracts with to provides services but I'm not sure about that.
