Tingo has been super responsive. I had a couple of small projects that were not urgent, and I was able to schedule a visit within the week. For two projects that were urgent, he was able to come out the same day.

Tingo was great, he was punctual, hard working and offered reasonable pricing for a pretty involved project. It was very easy to coordinate work with him during our remodel and he made sure everything worked perfectly before completing the work.

Tingo re-routed my pipes and cleaned up after. What should have taken two days Tingo and his crew did it in one long day. He kept his cool and made me feel like he was in total control He did a lot of the work himself while directing his workers efficiently.

I was very impressed with how quickly he pinpointed the leak location. The work was minimally invasive to the surrounding area. Quick and efficient. Resolved the issue perfectly. The price was affordable. His communication and personality is awesome. Very honest and good character. Truly the most masterful plumber I've ever met.
