I own and operate a Quality and Service focused Heating and Air Conditioning Company. I have four employees and myself. I do not use subcontractors. My California License (CSLB) is 800945. My charge for a service call and diagnostic ranges from $90 to $150. Generally (90% of the time) the charge is $90. If you are having trouble with your system then the service call and diagnostic covers the trip and the diagnostic. I then can give you a price to repair and should you proceed w/ the repair an estimated time of completion. I specialize in troubleshooting of existing systems identifying and working out chronic problems to achieve trouble free climate control. We install standard efficiency and high efficiency furnaces, air conditioners, zoning systems, air filtration systems including standard efficiency, high efficiency and HEPA systems. My preference for heating and cooling equipment is American Standard (you may more likely recognize the Trane name. American Standard makes Trane equipment). I prefer Honeywell controls for therostats, humidistats, and zoning controls. However, if there is another brand of equipment that you are interested in we can work that out too.
