The most horrible remodel I have ever experienced. Cheap, cheap, cheap materials and then charge full pop my bathroom just keeps falling apart little by little.

The design of the house was ok, but it was not a good experience due to horrible construction quality and a misleading bid. Among 3 payments to be made, we settled for a final $3m payment instead of a $20k payment to work defects. The price they had quoted was misleading as many items were excluded from the quote and many finishes and fixtures were substituted with lower quality items. Warning! Do not sign a contract without specific pricing for each item and a description of the quality and ensure that any cost savings will go back to you! They have an incentive to do cheap work as they pocket the savings. Scott did come up with interesting designs. Brian was absolutely horrible as a construction manager.

Scott and Brian were a great design team to work with. They handled everything from the design of my bathroom to managing the entire remodel process. All of the details were covered from start to finish. After the project was completed I can honestly say they made the entire project painless.
