One of my rental properties in LA had a leak under the bathroom sink which caused mold & water damage. They responded promptly, explained their procedures & gave me an estimate between $950 & $1050 to do the work. I then called another company to come out but their estimate was $2,800.00 to do the same work, so I went with Water Damage Experts. They set up a plastic containment barrier, tested for mold, treated the area & then used some drying equipment & air purifier for two days. The total charge was $945.75 after 5% repeat customer discount.  I'm very satisfied with the quality of their work & pricing. My tenants were also happy with their work.
TIP: Call around to compare pricing & procedures. Make sure the company is doing the same service so you can have a real comparison. Always ask how long the service will take, since the drying times may vary as I found out after two different water damage incidents.

They did a very good job communicating since they left drying equipment for a few days. The techs came back to check each day to make & showed me how much my place was drying. After their moisture tests showed dry, they picked up their drying equipment & did a final spray & inspection with me. This was NOT cheap, but I'm very happy with the end result.
