Additional DBA - Lance Hudson. Cost is determined by job size and desired scope. Additional contact name - Day. We like to think that we do the best home inspection and report around, including the use of an Infrared Camera, Moisture Meter and a Rover to look under buildings that can get into areas a human can't readily fit. All items found are reported as thoroughly as possible including pictures of the issue and location as applicable. My background is as a General Contractor specializing in Repairs and Remodels, which I think gives the best perspective of what to look out for.

They inspected two properties that I was interested in buying and I bought the second one.  My experience was fantastic.  He saved money on the first one.  He discovered over a $100,000 worth of work was needed to be done, and so I was able to walk away.

Used Lance for my escrow home inspection and he was very thorough and goes above and beyond what most inspectors do. He seems very knowledgable about homes in general, probably from having a general contracting background, and includes time to answer questions. His reports were very easy to read. Was worth the higher cost of hiring him.

I have worked with many house inspectors and then I found Lance Hudson and my search has stopped. He really loves his job and it shows, he has decades of experience and knowledge and is away more than happy to share it. He is detailed, thorough and his report is the best I have seen. I highly recommend him. It is paramount you get a great house inspector to make sure that your biggest investment is sound. He will never rush through the inspection he is there until it is done right. He is timely and reasonably priced. I will always use him for all my properties
