He installed a junction box at the main panel as temporary fix and gave an estimate for the fix. I have not been able to get a hold of him since. In essence, I paid $180 for a plug at the main box.

I have used him for years and he is always great. He gets right to the issue and he is very thorough. He isn't the cheapest though but he does good work.
