When I call him, a day later he will come. He is very reasonable. He does whatever is wrong with the toilet, he will fix it. If I call him and tell him what the problem is; he will come. No wait time. I don't see any improvement on his end. He does whatever I ask him to do, he just does it. He comes in and is very neat.
