Phone Service - Cellular
They have people there to help you, and they are knowledgeable. I have a contract and pay monthly. They give you good service if you are over 65. I don't have long distance, so I discontinued it, and they called me back to say that it is included in the plan. My daughter pay a lot more, because she has a browser, and people send her videos, so she spends a lot more minutes. Sometimes there are areas where they are not as strong as verizon. The quality of phones is good, and they give you choices. Their prices are competitive. I call them on the phone, they give me an option, or set up an appointment if I have to go in, and I go and see the guys there.

Phone Service - Cellular, Landline Phone Service
The service from T-Mobile is pretty good. It drops service only in certain areas. The service there is friendly. It's less expensive than some other phone services. I really want to get a phone I could like and T-Mobile does not have the iPhone or anything that's similar.
