"What made you decide to go with them?"
Pricing, professionalism. It was the pricing. I had 3 people come out and I thought that they were, would all be fine. I went with them because I liked them, he had a good price. It just seemed like he had a ton of experience. The company had been around for a long time, you know, things like that. They were incredible.
After New Look was here I couldn't believe that somebody showed up when they said they would show up. All of the supplies were delivered prior. They had everything delivered in advance. No payments during the job, 30 days payment. They were a finely oiled machine cleanup. It was incredible. They left my yard better than they found it. I'm not kidding. They were unbelievable. They were so fantastic.

What was really sweet that they told this is what we can get to it and what would happen was getting to the thing. One morning they called and asked somebody had cancelled so can we come there right now and I told them to come on the same day. There was one of those, we had stormed and it looked like the day there was no rain. Somebody had cancelled and they literally called us 7’o clock in the morning. I was getting ready to walk out of the door for work and it was fantastic; I told them to come today. They fixed the roof and we never had another problem. They are good and I like it, where in Los Angeles if something goes wrong and in our line of business we need people to respond quickly, respond well and charge reasonably. They are one of those people who are able to do that for us and I appreciate that. I will definitely use them in the future.

I didn't have to deal with them much but my roof doesn't leak. They showed up on time. They knew what they had to do and did it. They cleaned up so well you couldn't have told that they had been here. They did a good job. They gave me an estimate and stayed within that estimate.

Very clean, and courteous. Arrived on time and performed job in time they said it would take. Took away all waste, did a great job. Price was comparable to other bids. There is a fairly long wait list to have them work on your roof, but that indicates how much they are in demand--worth the wait.
