Responded quickly to start in on counter on a Thursday. Was to come back and finish cabinet on Saturday. Over the next two weeks, had scheduled visits that were not kept. Finally got the cabinet installed and the vent hood. All works well and did great; just took much longer than expected, hard to contact, and when we accidentally overpaid, he kept the extra money.
