Movers came fast, handled everything very respectfully and the relocation ran very easy. Their communication was also wonderful called in advance, confirmed arrival time, etc. I would recommend these guys and will use again in the future.

David and his crew of three movers were worth every cent I paid. From the moment guys came to my place, they started bringing the stuff down to the truck. Everything was loaded and ready for transportation in over one hour. They quoted the move would take up to 14 days, but in fact it was completed in 11 days worth every cent.

They informed me that we could get some discount if we paid in cash it's a nice surprise for anyone to know. They moved our whole flat from across the country in just two weeks. Incredibly fantastic. They ran .. yes RAN down/up the stairs to go get more stuff. Very efficient workers and very friendly people. Awesome, quick, attentive and respectful. Very straight forward billing system.

They were completely efficient and promptly answered any questions I had. Our stuff came in a great condition in a good time frame. And the price was the best quote we received from all the companies I contacted. We had a constant communication and updates from the office staff, which was reassuring at every step of the working process.

Our house was sold and we had to move across the country. These guys were actually half the price of other several professional movers in our area. Our movers crew were 10 minutes late. But they worked with no break and had the stuff moved in within 14 days. They were all business. I think the most important thing I can say is that when I find another house to buy we will be calling these movers.

I know everyone gushes rhapsodic about the first time they worked with professional movers, but these guys really were amazing. Their rates were much more reasonable than anyone else we contacted, and guys charged us reasonably for a long distance move - which is about what it actually takes. Guys didn't damage any item, and consulted us when they disassemble our furniture to get it down the stairs. The couch was put in through the window, and this process took them only 5 minutes. They also were good and quick at reassembling in our new place.

The moving service were very professional and managed to deliver my stuff safe and sound, no scratches and no damages, and I have to thank them for that. Besides their movers dedication to their work, they were very friendly, polite and there were no hidden charges, which mattered to me.

Your movers lift so much stuff at once, it's something unreal. I was absolutely pleased. And guys didn't stretch the time, and were very cautious during the work. A brief meet and greet, several general questions and instructions, and they are off to work with you in a record time. By the way, the price I was offered by them was worth of their moving services. The final costs were even less than I was expected.

The crew came on time and were very efficient. The relocation was a pleasant because it was done from one care facility to another which had security codes on the doors. Movers did the job easily and quick. Guys were really quick even though they were working on a very hot day. During the move, we faced some challenge, when the elevators broke down, and they had to carry furniture up stairs. Anyway, movers did complain and continued working. By the way, after the move I was contacted by Donna who wanted to check if we got really good customer service.

The crew packed up the container and tied down the load so it didn't shift much. Another mover used a pressure wall that moved and my stuff was all over the place when we opened it. Not so with these guys containers as they have tie downs all over so you can secure your load as you go and probably end up opening it looking the same as you closed it.

My experience with these movers was beyond anything I could have wished for. The crew was amazing to ship me. They made the whole job effortless and were so friendly and professional. The price was well worth the personable service I received, and I was moved much earlier than the schedule time. Nothing seemed to faze the guys with regards to the weight or awkwardness of my stuff and they helped me to dismantle the larger items. Also in the other end they work hard to unload and assemble and placed everything in right position. Good job.

We had the place packed up, but they had to wrap it and pad something up to move it. At first, I didn't know about it, but it was fine in the end. It took them about 5 hours to pack it all in the their container truck. They worked diligently. After getting everything in the truck, we asked them to drop our old couches at the Goodwill up the street and they did. They really helped out, since we had no where to put them in the new place. It took 11 days for them to get to the new place. When they got to the new place it took them about 50 minutes to unload everything. They ask you where you want everything to go, it was nice. They didn't just cram everything in the living room and leave. In my opinion Sunset international shipping is an honest and trustworthy company. I have a plan to stay at my new place for about three years and when I move again I for sure I will contact them again. Thank you guys for making this move really easy. My wife and I have been living in a 2 bedroom apt in Los Angeles for the past 2 years and we have purchased a couple of 'one of kind' pieces that we definitely wanted to be moved professionally with most certainty that it should not be damaged or even scratched a bit. My biggest fear was our huge leather couch we just got from lazyboy which had to go through the window and we live on the third floor. The customer service was really good, they were friendly, polite and made moving extremely easy and assured me my couch wouldn't be a problem. On the move day a crew of three lead by Rob arrived on time, started working right away and 3hrs later, all my furniture and belongings including the COUCH were completely loaded and ready to go get ready for its international transport! Amazing... I felt so relieved that I didn't have to really handle much besides tell them what was going to ship. I can definitely say I couldn't be happier.
