SUNNY MAINTENANCE

This company was AWFUL! They did a very very poor job cleaning our house. After calling to complain they asked to come back and do touch-ups. When they showed up, they wanted to charge me. And still I had to go back over everything and do it myself, to clean what they should have done originally. They were completely disrespectful to me by speaking in front of me about me in another language. It made me feel very uncomfortable. I will never use their services again and will make sure that the real estate company that referred them to me knows of my experience. I would hate for some else to be referred to this company and be as unhappy as I was. 1 STAR is probably still too high of a rating.

The floors were still dirty. When asked to re-clean they did so, but half-heartedly and not that well. The bathrooms were cleaned, but poorly so. Overall, a poor effort in what should have been a relatively easy job.

They were asked to clean a vacant apartment and make it ready for painting. They did not need to do the floors or rugs because they were to be replaced. They did a poor job. I saw a whole section of white tile in bathroom that was discolored; when I pointed it out to them, they said it was damaged. A little soft-scrub and elbow grease by me later proved that they simply did not clean it. I asked them to thoroughly dust the plantation shutters; they were not well cleaned. The kitchen counter top tile was just filthy, the white grout was full of gunk. Again, a little cleanser and scrubbing and the grout was white again. I would expect a cleaning company to be able to handle these tasks especially when there was no furniture in the apartment.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB. WHEN I CAME HOME AFTER THEY HAD BEEN THERE, THE HOUSE WAS CLEANER THEN WHEN I LEFT.
