Strickland Bros. Pressure Washing

We used Thomas to power wash a 4 unit in Santa Monica and his service was SUPERB. From helping answer any questions we needed for the city permit (yes, Santa Monica requires landlords to get a permit to power wash their own buildings...), to walking us through every step of the process and answering any questions there after. We had a neighbor complain about the chemical smell used so on the second round of the roof cleaning process, he adjusted to use less chemical (which he explained is totally fine and will still get the job done). Would highly recommend.

Thomas’ work ethic and professionalism are something we don’t see often in today’s world. He is meticulous and such a pleasure to work with. I’d give him more stars if I could!

10/10 would recommend! My driveway was grey and drab, after they were done, it looked brand new. They also cleaned my roof. I did not even know you could clean roofs! That could probably save a lot of people thinking they need a new roof some money. My roof had black streaks before and now they are gone!
