Stoneside Blinds & Shades

Excellent quality of products, service and support provided by Gabby, my sales professional and Mick, my installer. I will be calling on them again for my other rooms window treatments. Highly recommend. (Photos to follow)

I am shocked. I saw all the great reviews and thought this would be the best place to get blinds, shades and drapes for our newly renovated 98 year old home in Hancock Park. We have 102 windows and French doors and I was not up to the task of measuring and figuring out fabrics - but knew exactly what style I wanted and where. So I called on a Saturday and was referred to Jeremy - who should not be in a customer service position. I explained what I was looking for and he asked if I would be open to design suggestions and I was honest and said not really - I kind of knew what I wanted from the site and just wanted to confirm measurements and fabrics. He told me we were not a good fit and did not want to do business with me. Now mind you he is not the manager or owner and this job could have been potentially $10,000 or more. Someone like this is a terrible representative for this business. If he is so fragile and delicate that someone might not want his design services you think he might have 1/2 a brain and referred it to the manager or owner but NO he suggested I should try 3 Day Blinds. I suggest he finds another line of work as I have a feeling he won't be selling shades and blinds much longer.

As mentioned above, we met with a lovely design consultant, Gabriela, who helped us pick the best product for our windows. After that an installer comes out to take a "double check" measurement to make sure the order is exact and then once the shades are ready he comes and installs. Mick was our installer and he was always prompt and showed great attention to detail. Overall it was a very positive experience.

I called Stoneside after finding them on the internet, I scheduled an appt and Gabby came out.  She was awesome, I had a great experience.  Gabby helped me select the perfect fabric for my blackout shades and I couldn't be happier.  The installer came out and did a wonderful job, he was quick, clean, and very polite.  I would definitely use them again!  Thanks! 

We had a very good experience.  The designer came out, help us select some wonderful blinds and shades to complement our furnishings.  We placed the order and it took about three weeks to arrive and be installed.  Overall, the process went very smooth.
