The service was excellent, they came to the house when they said, they were helpful, polite and professional. Can't recommend them enough. Like an old-fashioned person-to-person service in this world of recorded messages and impersonal service. If you have a tv in need of repair in Los Angeles. Go there! If they can't help you - I believe they will tell you and advise what is best.

Great experience - I highly recommend them. I was concerned about leaving my very expensive HD TV sitting on the floor in a a small storefront - but all was OK. The set works fine now and I've saved considerable money from not replacing it unnecessarily. They gave me accurate information, delivered the estimate and the repaired set in the time promised, and helped carry the VERY HEAVY plasma screen into and out of the shop on a very busy street.

They were very courteous and their price was reasonable. They were a little late returning the set, they had a delivery that came at the last minute, but he did let me know that he was going to be late. I would reccomend them. He also answered clearly and thoroughly.

My TV decided to shut down on a Monday evening. I called Stones the following morning and spoke to Joe. I described the problem and he was pretty confident he could take care of it in one visit. We set a time later that evening and spoke a couple more times during the day to confirm. Joe showed up on time with a couple of spare parts and his tools - within 90 minutes the problem was fixed and my TV was working better than ever. What more could you ask for?

When an older but high-quality television stopped drawing power, Stone Electronics responded within a day, came by the house, fixed the problem overnight, and returned to complete the job. They were very professional, responsive, and the fix was great. Now the television is going strong and I will not have to purchase a new, expensive model.

Overall it went well. Martin was extremely professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He was honest and helpful and really made me feel like he wanted me to get many more years out of the TV without his having to come back! He took the part on a Monday, and replaced it on Friday. The TV worked well for about a day and then started the same problem again. They promptly came back out first thing Monday, right when I called. He opened the TV and made some small tweaks and now it's fine. It's been a month and everything is still working smoothly. They did tell me that they will fix it, no matter what. So I'm confident that if this part is not working properly anytime in the future they'll do just that!

They were very responsive to getting someone there quickly and diagnosing the problem. They left the estimate as I wasn't home when the person arrived. I called when I returned home and they sent the technician back immediately to remove the chassis and take it to their facility. As Mitsubishi has moved from California to the east coast, the part had to be ordered and it took a week to get it, repair the unit and re-install it. It is working perfectly. As for pricing, it seems fair as it was difficult to compare.

THEY WERE REALLY NICE AND GENEROUS. THEY SEEMED VERY FRIENDLY AND GAVE A SENSE OF RELIEF AND TRUSTWORTHY. THEY DID A TREMENDOUSLY GREAT JOB AND I WOULD CALL THEM AGAIN.
