Very well. They took measurements by email and sent an email estimate. The technician also spotted another broken window pane and replaced it as well. I was able to pay by credit card and theu emailed me the revised and paid invoice. It was easy and painless.

I contacted Starlite glass when my son kicked a soccer ball right through our living room window.  I contacted a few vendors, but I chose to work with Starlite because they were prompt, friendly and very reasonably priced.  I know for a fact that I'm a picky consumer.  I called them many times with various questions throughout the whole process of ordering.  They were  always courteous and patient every time I called and answered all my questions.  
To make a long story short,  in the process of ordering the glass from Starlite, one of the other glass vendors that I had originally contacted came to measure the window without an appointment.  They gave me a soft estimate, but we had scheduling conflicts so I informed them that I would call them back to schedule an appt.  At this point,  I had made up my mind to move forward with Starllite.  Apparently, the other vendor had come on a day my teenage son was home, and of course, him being a typical teenager never mentioned anything.  A few days later when I'm at work, I get a message from my mother that the window company came and installed the glass.  I was shocked to find out that it was the other vendor.  Plus, Starlite was scheduled to install the glass in a couple of days.
I spoke with Karla at Starlite about what had happened and that I would pay for the uninstalled glass and some labor that had incurred up to this point.  She spoke with the manager and arranged that my initial deposit would be sufficient.  No additional payment would be needed.  I was floored.  I had planned to write a great review anyways after the glass installation, but even more so now after what had happened.  This goes to show that this business is honest and not out to gouge their customers.  I will definitely use them for any future glass repair.

Everything from the consultation to the installation was easy. The finished product looks clean, contemporary and amazing. The best part is that they charge about $1000 less than the bigger company shower door installers. I would definitely do business with this company again.

I found him through Angie's List. He was terrific. He did a really good job. I was able to negotiate with him. I would use this provider again.

These guys did a great job, they came out the same day we called them, the two guys were very friendly and nice, did their work quickly and professionally, and we were done. To be honest, I thought this was going to be a much bigger hassle when my son broke our window, but it ended up being very easy. I called the next day to pay with a credit card over the phone. The repair looks great, I couldn't have asked for more. With two boys in the house, i'm quite sure I'll need their services in the future, and I'll definitely use them again.

Starlite has done multiple large and small jobs for me. They have been excellent.

Gave valuable insight on installation and design from beginning to end. Gave an accurate quote and time estimate for production of windows, and then completed very professional installation and asked for my feedback on every detail. Would definitely recommend, and use again!

There prices are good and the window looks good. They same people that sold the window installed it.
