Elaine who answers the phones was the problem, I never dealt with anyone else at the company. She was unfriendly, after repeating all my information, she promised to send quote and never did. More importantly, I asked for their license number and she wouldn't give it and said she would put in on the quote (that never came).

THIS COMPANY WAS NOT VERY PUNCTUAL, BUT THEIR PRICES WERE REASONABLE. OTHER COMPANIES WANTED MORE THAN $750.99 JUST BECAUSE MY PROPERTY LOT IS ON A HILL.
