Attempted to start service weeks ago online.  The first delivery date came and went with no word.  After waiting on hold over 30 minutes I was told someone would contact me in 24 hours to confirm routing.  Five days later I still hadn't been contacted.  Sent three emails and attempted to call several times.  The 800 number on the website was busy.  Finally got through a week later.  They were totally unapologetic and didn't seem to care at all.  The customer service representatives were rude and short and could not tell me if/when I would be set up with service.  Terrible experience.  I finally cancelled the order and will be using Ozarka for delivery.

AFTER HAVING WATER DELIVERED OVER A PERIOD OF A YEAR I HAD REQUESTED NO MORE SERVICE. THEY CONTINUED TO DELIVER WATER AND BILL ME. I HAVE CALLED THEM SEVERAL TIMES. I HAD ASKED THEM TO STOP DELIVERING AND TO CALL ME TO SET A TIME TO PICK-UP WHAT THEY HAVE BEEN DELIVERING AND THEY HAVE NEVER RETURNED MY CALLS. IF I CARRY THE WATER BOTTLE INSIDE THEY DELIVER MORE. AS LONG AS THEY STAY OUT SIDE THEY DON'T DELIVER.
