John brought years of experience to the job. He knew how to do things right and I'm very pleased with his work. John is a nice guy who is very professional and treated me fairly.

We replaced our entire system (including ducting) and John did a fantastic job! He provided multiple options at different price ranges, provided suggestions for modifications that would increase the efficiency of the system, and made sure that the system would pass the city permit inspection. He and his crew were efficient, polite, and respectful of our home. We could not have asked for a better experience. We have been very happy with the results of the overhaul to the system. Our energy bills have gone down due to the system we selected and the house heats and cools evenly. The ducting was hung so that it provided maximum space and walk-ability to our attic space. It was a well thought-out design. You will not be disappointed if you decide to go with John.

John came over in a day and looked over my hvac system. He was able to diagnose my problem immediately and made minor adjustments to improve the air flow in my house. John was great- explained everything clearly, did not try to rip me off and was just very friendly and professional. Anytime I have any HVAC needs, John will be the first person I contact. We have used John's services for many years to perform semi- annual maintenance on our 3-zone a/c-heating system, and also whenever we had a problem with our systems (which are 24 yrs old). John was wonderful to work with, responsive and helpful in answering questions. I appreciate his non-pushy approach and friendly demeanor. The quality of his work is amazing, and everyone on his team was great. They arrived on time and completed the work within budget and one day early. John was always around to oversee the work being completed. I had a small issue with the thermostat after the installation completed, and John came back to fix it right away. It was a pleasure to work with Home Comfort and support a local business. I will definitely reuse for all my HVAC needs.

I called at 7 am and John said he'd be here by 10. And he showed up at 10. Punctuality is always a good sign. And we're in the middle of a record-setting heatwave. (I thought I'd have to wait days for service.)

John is very knowledgeable and explained the situation with our current AC unit. WE may have to replace our system soon and I'd definitely consider using him as the contractor on the job.

John came by twice to make sure he has a good idea about the project.  He came with another installer and they installed our air conditioning units. They were both very efficient and worked quickly.  We are very pleased with their work.

John is very professional, fair, and detail oriented. We received estimates from several companies. Home Comfort's estimate was competitively priced and extremely thorough. We knew just what to expect. John took the time to look for potential problems (slope of roof, tight fit in attic, scheduling, etc.) and was well prepared. I highly recommend choosing Home Comfort for all of your HVAC needs. We look forward to working with him whenever needed in the future.

Central a/c quit during a heatwave! Got the referral from AL for Home Comfort, called, and imagined I would get "I can be there in 2 weeks". Instead, they came in about an hour!

Then, I'm thinking "the unit is shot - I'm going to have to replace it". Instead, they tell me "bad capacitor. About $150"!

Then, I'm thinking "they'll have to order it and it'll be winter by the time it arrives because, you know, it's "back-ordered" or "they don't make your unit model anymore", etc. Instead, I get "I think I have one in the truck"!

Whole thing took 20 minutes. They were professional, knowledgeable, courteous, honest, fair, prompt and quick - one of the better service experiences of my adult life.

We had a great experience working with this company. John is professional, prompt, and responsive. The job went exactly as planned- no unexpected costs or delays.

Fabulous!  John's estimate was great, detailed, and the work went smoothly.   John really looked at our house thoroughly before giving us the estimate and doing the work, so there were no "surprises".

John was prompt to respond to an email request for an emergency appt.  He showed up on time and worked until he discovered the source of the problem.  He gave us options to consider (repair or replace) and completed the work in a timely and efficient manner.  He was courteous and clean and very considerate.

John came out to look at a severely dated air conditioner and furnace.  How dated?  It was recalled more than a decade ago for being a fire hazard.  And the recall didn't happen for a decade after it was installed.  He didn't laugh; he's apparently seen it all.  He came up with a good plan to add some new ducts and returns to more evenly distribute air.  He was happy to work with me to figure out the right size and efficiency system for this house.
John and Ed came out on the scheduled day to do the replacement.  They were on time, professionally attired, and worked tirelessly in a hot attic to get the job done on time.  
They finished on time, cleaned up after themselves perfectly, and installed what seems to be the exact right system.  So far, so good: it chills with no thrills.
